Oxygen Contents and Forms in Cast Iron Melts

本文研究了铸铁溶液中全氧量的变化,并用定氧探头检测了溶解氧量。研究表明,铁水中全氧量随冲天炉送风湿度增加而明显增大。铁水含氧量增高主要是化合氧增多。而溶解氧变化很小。

The changes of total oxygen content of cast iron melts have been studied, and the dissolved oxygen contents have been determined by oxygen probe. Results show that the total oxygen content of iron melts is markedly increased with the increase of blast moisture of the cupola. The increase of oxygen content is mainly because of the increase of combined oxtygent(oxide inclusions), and the dissolved oxygen content is nearly unchanged.
