摘要
用不同孔径的泡沫陶瓷过滤器过滤A00、ZL102合金。实验结果说明,随过滤器孔径的减小,两种合金的晶粒尺寸先降低,后增加。适当减小过滤器孔径,合金机械性能上升,但在孔径小于1.5~2.0mm时,孔径的减小将导致机械性能的恶化。
A00 and ZL102 were filtered by the ceramic foam filters which have different aperture diameters. From the test results, the grain sizes of these metal castings decrease at first, but then it increases when the aperture diameter gets too smaller. Moderately reducing the aperture diameter may lead to the increase of mechanical properties. But with the aperture diameter smaller than 1.5~2. 0ram, the reducing of the aperture diameter could make the properties decline.
