摘要
本文从轧辊的材质选择、铸造和热处理工艺及精加工等几个方面,详尽地论述了轧辊的制造过程。从而生产出完全合乎生产要求的中锰铬销合金球墨铸铁轧辊。其表面硬度达到65~76Hs、抗拉强度达到350~435N/mm^2、经生产验证。平均每槽轧制量分别比进口产品提高12.5%、12%、10.6%,满足国内需要并创造了较高的经济效益。
Synopsis: The paper, in respects of material selection, casting and heat-treatment method and precise machining. discusses details of the process of roller production. A kind of rollers of nodular graphite east iron alloyed with medium maganese and chromium and molydenum have been made. being to tally up to the specifications, with the hardness of HS 65~76 and tensile strength of 350~435N/mm^2. The results of tasting use in a steel roiling mill shows that the average lives per working groove of the rollers are respectively 12.5. 12.0 and 10.6 per cent longer than the ones of the imported rollers. Thus. the production of such rollers has met the demands for rollers from the country and gained a quite good economical benifit.
