本文在试验的基础上.分别将环境温度与型砂水分对型砂热湿拉强度的影响进行了分析和研究,提出防止型砂夹砂性能最佳时,均有一适宜水分范围,测试型砂热湿拉强度时。加热时间要随环境温度的变化而变化。

Synopsis: On the basis of experiments, the paper analyses and studies the effects of ambient temperature and moulding sand moisture on the wet tensile strength of moulding sand, and presents suitable moisture range on the oprimnm scabbing resistouce of the moulding sand. When determining this wet tensile strength. it is pointed out thor heating time should be in directly related to ombient temperature.
