摘要 本文研究了在一个灰口铸铁试样条件下。微分热分析仪同步预测铸铁成分和机械性能的可能性。试验表明:用一个灰口试样时,微分热分析仪可以准确地、同步地预测铸铁的碳含量和机械性能,而同步预测的铸铁的硅含量偏差较大,不如白口试样预测的铸铁的硅含量准确。但仍可在相当程度上指导生产。 Synopsis: The possibility of simultaneous prediction of the compositions and mechanical properties of cast iron by differential thermal analysis device with a grey sample has been studied in this paper. The experiments have shown that the simultaneously predicted carbon content and mechanical properties of cast iron is quite accurate with a sample of solidified grey iron, but the prediction of silicon content with the same. sample is not so accurate as that with a white iron sample. and only can regulate the production of cast iron to quite a certain extent.
