Comparison Study on the Machanical Properties Between Vertical and Horizontal Section of Heavy Section Ductile Iron Crankshaft

通过本厂生产的6250型球铁曲轴纵、横向取样对比实验,抗拉性能纵、横向相差20～50N/mm^2,延伸率相差小于0.2％。因此,为我厂贯彻标准提供了可靠的依据。

The machnical properties on the vertical and horizontal section of ductile iron crankshaft of 6250 type diesel engine were compared. The difference on tensile strength and elongation between vertical and horizontally sections are 20～50N/mm^2and less than 0.2％respectively therefore, it provided reliable data for producing crankshafts according to national standard.
