在分析了各种补缩系统在生产中的应用情况后,从解决钢球磨盘的内部缩孔、缩松入手,研究应用了冷颈冒口新技术,解决了厚大铸铁件生产中存在的缩孔、缩松问题。

In this paper, the application circumstances of several feeding systems are analysed. To prevent the steel ball mill—bed from shrinkage cavities and porosities, the new chill neek—riser technology is studied and applied. As a result, the problems of shrinkage cavities and porosities in the production of thick and solid iron castings are solved.
