局部石灰石碱性炉衬在较大吨位冲天炉上的应用

Local Lining of Basic Limestone Applied to A Fairly Large Cupola

采用局部石灰石碱性炉衬技术。对较大吨位冲天炉(5～8t/h)进行了改造。结果表明:改造后的冲天炉,原铁水含硫量降低了25％以上,具有显著的技效果和经济效益。

By use of local basic limestone lining technique, a fairly large cupola of a melting rate, 5 to 8 tons per hour, is relined,so that it produces cast iron melt having at least 25 percent less sulphur than the original one. It can get remarkable benifits in respects of both technology and economy.
