The Development of Cast—in—type Stirring Screw for Prestressed Concrete Hollow Slab Forming Extruder

研究了预应力砼空心板挤压成型机用镶铸式复合搅刀的制造工艺,特别是确定了高铬铸铁预制合金块的成分及组织状态。研究表明:采用镶铸法生产复合搅刀简化了搅刀的制造工艺,降低了搅刀的生产成本,提高了搅刀的使用寿命,具有实用价值。

Synopsis: The casting technology of cast—in stirring screw for prestressed concrete hollow slab forming extruder was investigated, especially the optimum chemical composition and miCrastructure of high chromium cast iron prefabricated block were determined. It is illustrated that cast—in method could simplify the manufacturing process of stirring screw, in decreasing its cost of production and improving its service life, which has practical value.
