摘要
研究了利用液态搅拌铸造法所制备的SiC_p/ZL101复合材料的耐磨性。着重探讨了SiC颗粒的预处理状态及磨损试验载荷。路程对材料耐磨性的影响。结果表明,与基体合金或原始态SiC颗粒增强的SiC_p/ZL101复合材料相比,SiC_p经一定方法预处理后所增强的复合材料的的耐磨性显著提高,提高的幅度随磨损载荷或路程的增加而增大,而且其增大的幅度随SiC_p预处理状态的变化而存在显著差异。
Synopsis:This paper deals with the lubrication friction behavior of cast SiC_p/ZL101 composite fabricated by a improved liquid metal stirring process. The influence of pretreated states of SiC_p,load and friction distance on the wear resistant of SiC_p/ZL101 composite was discussed. It was indicated that, compared with matrix metal ZL101 or SiC_p ZL101, the wear resistant of composites reinforced with specially pretreated SiC_p was increased notably. And the extent of increasment was raising with increasing of load and friction distance, but there was an obvious difference of the extentes with the different pretreated states of SiC_p.
