摘要
研究了一种低合金高强度稀土耐磨铸钢的化学成分、组织和性能。结果表明,0.40%C,并加入微量稀土元素的试验钢具有良好的综合力学性能和耐磨性。耐磨性较高锰钢提高了一倍左右。该钢适用于制作低应力、多冲击的工况条件下的易磨损件。
Synopsls:This paper deals with the composition .structure and properties of a new type low alloyed high—strength RE wear—esistant cast steel. The resul.fs show that the east steel possesses excellent comprehensive mechanical and wear resistance properties. The ahoy has sucessfully been used to made wear—resistant parts under the working condition of low stress and impact.
