摘要
经过对离心铸管工艺及影响因素的讨论,确定了影响铁水在离心铸造中作轴向运动的主要参数并建立了数学模型,引入了微机对WLZ84-双管卧式离心铸管机进行实时控制,本文对微机控制系统的方案、模型及控制电路进行了讨论,设计并完成了控制电路及控制程序,通过模拟实验及生产仿真证明,本控制系统具有控制准确,操作简单,功能完善及精度高等优点。
After analysing the para-meters in detail that affect the quality of cast iron pipes,the mathematic model is established and microcomputer is introduced to control the whole production process of WLZ84-Ⅱ two pipe horizontal centrifugal casting machine. the paper goes into a detailed discussion of the control system which is comprised of the plan, model and circuit, the hardware and software are completed. In conclusion, laboratory simulation shows that the control system which have perfact function and simple operation are precise and flexible.
