多级砂幕热砂冷却装置是一种新型而有效的热砂冷却设备。本文用复合形法以冷却效果及经济效益(冷却单位重量热砂所需的风量)最佳为目标对影响多级砂幕热砂冷却装置冷却效果及经济效益的几个可控工艺参数进行了优化设计。经验证明最佳的可控工艺参数可以使多级砂幕热砂冷却装置获得理想的冷却效果和经济效益。这为多级砂幕热砂冷却装置在生产中的优化控制提供了基础。

In this paper, several controlled technological parameters for return sand cooling in sand cascade cooler have been optimized with multishape method. The results of experiments show that the sand cascade cooler can obtain an optimal cooling effect with optimum technological parameters.
