摘要
用拉格朗日乘子法求解冲天炉熔炼过程的数学模型—非线性规划,获得最优控制量,以此作为定值作P、I、D调节,从而实现最优控制。炉前热分析快速检测的结果传输给上位机,然后它自动进行最优化配料计算。因此,控制了炉后配料。冲天炉过桥测温系统连续运行24小时是接触式铁水测温的一个突破。
A solution of mathematical model on melt process of cupola which is a nonlinear programming can be found by means of Lagrangian multiplicator method.This solution is optimum of control,that regard as constant value on P.I.D control.Thus,optimum control has come true.Result of high-speed heat analyse test before cupola is passed on upper-computer,then which automaticaly conducted optimum burden computation. Therefore,burden behind cupola is controled.Temperature measure system in bridge of cupola continuous operated for twenty four hours,which is a break through on contact type measure of temperature in molten iron.
