以石灰稳定土、水泥稳定砂砾为例,对京津塘高速公路段使用的两种机械组合方式进行了对比,给出了石灰稳定土(底基层)与水泥稳定砂砾(基层)的规范要求,详细介绍了高度机械化施工水平的摊铺作业用摊铺机的关键系统,简单介绍了石灰稳定土与水泥稳定砂砾机械化作业与机械组合以及碾压和养生。

This paper compared the two combination methods of machineries used in Beijing section of the Jing- Jin-Tang express way with exam ples of the lime stabilized soil and the cement stabilized gravel, presented the specifications of the lime stabilized soil(sub-base) and the cement stabilized gravel(base course), described the key systems of spreader in mechanical construction in details, introduced briefly the lime stabilized soil and the cement stabilized gravel, mechanical construction, combination of machineries, rolling and curing.
