摘要
宜宾有丰富的自然资源,但至今经济仍然落后。本文剖析了这种既富饶又贫困的主要原因,提出了振兴宜宾经济的发展战略。
As is known,Yibin is rich in natural resources,but is still backward.The author analyzed the reasons of this“rich”and poverty,and put forward some suggestions to develop its economy.
