摘要
本文报道了65例SLE患者红细胞免疫粘附功能检测结果,并与67例健康献血员值进行比较。还进一步研究了44例SLE患者红细胞免疫粘附功能的动态变化。结果表明,30例活动期患者的RBC C_(3b) RR非常明显低于正常值(P<0.01),RBC-ICR和CIC非常明显高于正常值(P<0.01)。14例缓解期患者的RBC C_(3b) RR与正常值相比无明显差别(P>0.05),而RBC-ICR虽下降,与正常值仍有非常明显差别(P<0.01)。文章讨论了SLE患者红细胞免疫粘附功能动态观察中的各种情况,提出CIC含量是影响两种花环率的重要因素,其与RBC-ICR之间呈平行趋势,而与RBC C_(3b) RR则相反。提示RBC免疫功能可望作为判断SLE病情活动和缓解以及药物疗效的参考指标之一。
Eed-cell immune adherence(RCIA)tests were studied in 65 SLE patients and there-suits were compared with those in 67 normal blood donors. In 44 of them, the dynamic variations were also studied. The results in the 30 active cases showed that the rate of RBC C8b receptor rosette(RBC C8b RR)formation was very significantly lower than that of the controls (p<0.01), while the rate of RBC immune complex rosette (RBC-ICR) formation and positive rate of circulating immune complex (CIC) were very significantly higher than those of the controls (P<0.01). In 14 SLE patients during remission the RBC C8b, RR value was no t significantly different from that in controls (P> 0.05), but the RBC-ICR value though lowered, was still very significantly higher than that in the controls (P<0.01). The dynamic variation in the values under several conditions were discussed. It is postulated that the level of CIC influences both rosette formation. It is positively correlated with the rate of RBC-ICR,but negatively correlated with the rate of RBC C3bRR. The RCIA tests studies could well serve as a diagnostic criteria for the various stages in the disease course of SLE as well as a means for evalution the effect of treatment.
