In this paper, we talk about a kind of high efficient instrument of savingenergy on start- ing, which takes 8098 single-chip micro-compu- ter as its micro-controller and develops sof- tware in PL/M superior language. During this paper, we do essential introductions to 8098 single-chip micro-computer and PL/M language. In the end, we introduce their practical app- lication software and hardware design of the instrument of saving energy.
