摘要 本文介绍了 PDS 坐标系统中固定零点的硬件实现方法.其关键是利用了光码尺上零讯号与 B 相信号的特定相位关系,巧妙地用逻辑线路获得了固定零点信号. In this paper,the logic circuit design of the absolute zero signal for PDS coordinate system is introduced.The key point is to make use of the phase relation between the zero signal and B-phase signal on the linear ooptical encoder.A logic circuit is designed to ex- tract the absolute zero signal,procisely with a high repeatability of less than 1μm.The printed-circuit board has been made to directly insert in the PDS bus-socket and the addi- tional absolute zero signal can be easily selected to work on or off by just a switch.
