ABC-ELISA检测IgM抗体在流行性乙型脑炎早期诊断的应用

APPLICATION OF ABC-ELISA FOR DETECTION OF IgM ANTIBODY IN EARLY DIAGNOSIS OF JAPANESE ENCEPHALITIS

本文用ABC-ELISA、HI和2-ME试验检测疑似乙脑病人101例双份血清,阳性率分别为75.25％、40.59％和27.72％。其中经HI和2-ME经典方法确诊的54例患者,用ABC-ELISA检测结果全部阳性,病程一周内阳性率为94.28％,血清抗体滴度最高可达1:25600,正常人和其他病人血清62份均呈阴性.

This paper describes the method of ABC-ELISA for detection of IgM antibody against JEV and it's application in the early diagnosis. The positive rate of 101 clinically suspected cases was 75.25% and of which 54 cases were confirmed by HI and 2-ME was 100%. In some cases(6/101)specific IgM appeared on the 1～2 days of illness and a high positive rate(94.28%)appeared within the first week of the disease. The titer of the highest was 1: 25600, while 62 sera samples of normal control and other diseases were all negative. The results have shown high sensitivity and specificity of the test. This assay was very applicable in the diagnosis of early cases of JE and also in the late cases with single serum sample..
