介绍一种以单片机为基础的湿度仪的原理、线路和软件设计。指出该仪器由于采用聚酰亚胺(PI)电容湿度传感器,所以具有分辨率高(达0.1%RH),线性好和对环境温度灵敏度低等优点。
The principle, circuit and software design of a single chip computer based humidity meter are introduced. Since polyimide (PI) capacitance humidity transducer has been used, the instrument features high resolu-tion (0.1% RH), good linearity and insensitive to ambient temperature.
