介绍一种结构简单、灵敏度高的惯性式光纤加速度传感器,即由三根并排的多模光纤检测出反射镜的位移,以测出被测加速度,这种差动补偿的检测方法,消除了环境扰动的影响。
A simple constructed and highly sensitive opto-fibre-inertial acceleration transducer is introduced. By using three parallel multimode opto-fibre, the dis-placement of the reflecting mirror is detected and the measured acceleration is derived. The effects of enviornmental interference can be eliminated with this differential compensation method.
