Based on the operational situation, the effects of the following parameters on measuring accuracy, such as back pressure variation, different operation and calibration temperature or viscosity and system pressure, are analyzed qualitatively. Some issues to be noted in applications are stated. A dynamic stan dard volume flow device is introduced.
