摘要
简单介绍了替代称量法液氧质量流量测量装置的结构和主要技术问题,分析了影响准确度的主要因素。此对试验的结果表明,该装置在液氧条件下的准确度优于0.2%,在常温介质下的准确度优于0.1%。
Automation Instrumentation. -1993,14(10). -41~45 The construction and major technical problems of liquid oxygen mass flow measuring device using weighing substitutaion method are introduced brie-fly. Major factors affecting the accuracy are analyzed. The results of intercomparisons show that the accuracy of the device under liquid oxygen condition is better than 0.2%, the accuracy under normal temperature media is better than 0.1%.
