The Dynamic loadometer with MCS-51, as measurement element, has many features, such as low coat, multifunction and movable etc., To be a new powerful tool for modernistic traffic supervision and control, it can measure load of moving vehicles and recording traffic statisti- cal figures. Theory of dynamic supervision and also software programming method are introduced in this paper.
