智能化光纤温度仪的研究

摘要 本文研究了一种智能化的光纤温度仪,它是基于Mach-Zehnder干涉仪的原理,具有灵敏度高、电绝缘和抗电磁干扰等特点。同时仪器条用了CCD技术和单片机技术,构成了一个智能化的实用系统,能准确地和实时地显示被测温度的变化,对于要求测温灵敏度和精度较高的某些科学研究和生产过程检测的特殊场合有着很大的应用价值。图4幅。 In this paper, based on the theory of Mach-Zehnder interferometer, a kind of intelligent light fibre temperature gauge which has the higher sensitivity, electrical insulation and antijamming of electromagnetism is studied. Meanwhile, a intelligent functional system is con- structed with the technology of CCD and single-chip computer. It can accuratly and real-timely shows the change of tem- perature tested, and possesses large practical value under some special cases of scientific study and production process testing which need higher sensi- tivity and accuracy.
