水资源管理中几个问题的探讨

SOME PROBLEMS ABOUT WATER RESOURCES MANAGEMENT

在水资源供需矛盾日益紧张,而开源策略受到自然.经济、社会种种条件制约的情况下,加强水资源管理,使有限的资源得到合理的开发、利用成为一项十分重要的课题。本文就水资源管理中的水文基础、系统、协调及气候变化下的水资源管理等问题作了详细的论述和探讨,在此基础上提出相应的管理策略。

Under the constraints of water supply and demand, which co-exist with the restriction imposed by natural and economic conditions for the exploring of new sources of water supply, it becomes an important task to enhance the management of water resources and to advocate rational utilization of limited resources. This paper expounds in detail the problems of hydrologic basis, system, coordination and the responses to global climatic changes concered with the management of water resources. Some management stratagies are proposed finally.
