摘要
本文根据系统学原理,在分析豫西山区自然资源、社会经济特点的基础上,制订了开发的指导思想和开发目标;对山区开发的物质、资金、科技、劳务、管理和政策等软环境和硬环境进行了探讨;提出了振兴豫西山区必须实现“六个转变”和建设“七项体系”的战略对策。
Based on systematic theory,the guiding idea and development target are put forward according to local conditions of natural resources, social economy in the mountainous area of western Henan province The background of development concerning technology, policy, management etc. is also discussed. The strategic countermeasures including the realizing of 'six conversion' and the construction of 'seven system' in the research area are suggested finally.
