摘要
观察六种氧疗工具(单侧鼻导管、双侧鼻导管、鼻塞、Venti面罩、高频喷射通气、高频喷射通气并用体外膈肌起搏)对115例肺心病Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者的氧疗效果,结果表明Venti面罩对提高PaO_2和降低PaCO_2为最佳。
115 patients with Ⅱ—Type respiratory failure of chronic pulmonary hearf disease were divi- ded into 6 groups according to the oxygen-delivery devices used(nasal catheter, nasal eanula, nasal stoper Venti mask, HFJV, HFJV+EDP). The result Shownthat: Venti mask was the most effective one in the increment of PaO_2 and the reduction of PaCO_2.
