摘要
本文研究结果,哮喘患者气道内肥大细胞和嗜酸细胞的数量明显增多,与气道对组胺的高反应性密切相关(P<0.01)。电镜观察,哮喘患者肥大细胞和嗜酸细胞的超微结构与正常人显著不同,呈现活化状态的异常改变。以上提示,肥大细胞和嗜酸细胞在哮喘发病机制中有重要作用。
The results of this observationsuggest,that obvious increase inamount of mast cells and eosino-phils is correlated closely with highreactivity of the airways to his-tamine in patients with asthma(p<0.01).By electron microscope it isshowed,that the ultrastructure ofmast cells and eosinophils in pati-ents with asthma is in abnormalactivity and varies markedly fromhealthy persons.This paper sugge-sts that mast cells and eosinophilsplay important role in pathogensisof asthma.
