本实验对70例中老年COPD患者测定其肺功能指标,结果经统计学处理,γ=0.70173,P<0.01,相关有非常显著意义,表明FEV_1％确能反映小气通阻塞的程度,在COPD的诊断及疗效考核方面是实用、可靠,敏感的定量指标。

The investigation of the correlations between FEV_1％ an MMFR in 70 cases with COPD was made. The results reveakd: r=0.70173, P<0.01 that had very significant positive correlation, and indicate that FEV_1％ would actualy show the degree of obstrucction of the small air—path—way. It is a practice, reliable, suseptible quartitive index for the diagnosis and medical efforts in COPD.
