华法令钠预防生物心脏瓣膜钙化的实验研究

摘要 为探索有效预防生物心脏瓣膜钙化的方法,本实验比较了植入到幼兔皮下、饲喂华法令钠与不喂药的牛心包瓣片的生化,组织学和超微结构的变化。实验观察到尽管二组同时出现钙化,但饲药组不论钙含量,组织学和超微结构的变化均明显轻于对照组。说明华法令钠有减轻皮下埋植的生物瓣片钙化的作用。 In order to explore the method of prevention of bioprosthesis heart valve calcification with warfarin sodium,the author compared the bovine pericardium heart valves the rabbits that took warfarin sodium and implanted subcutis with the rabbits that didn't took warfarin sodium in the biochemical, histologic and ultrastructural change. The result shows that the content of calcium. histologic and ultrastructural of the formers is much superior to that of the latters although both the compared groups have the calcification trend. The author conclude that warfarin sodium have an affect in prevention of bioprosthesis heart valve calcification.
