蔗糖与麦芽糖的配比对小麦花粉愈伤组织诱导和分化频率的影响 被引量:10

摘要 通过小麦花药培养基中蔗糖(Su)与麦芽糖(Ma)的配合使用研究,发现蔗糖与麦芽糖在最适配比时,能显著提高小麦花药培养效率。含9%蔗糖和2%麦芽糖的诱导培养基,花粉愈伤组织诱导频率和绿苗产量比仅含11%蔗糖的对照有显著的提高。诱导、分化培养基中同时使用适当配比的蔗糖和麦芽糖,小麦花药培养效率提高更显著,在最佳组合时,绿苗产量比对照有极显著的提高。研究同时表明,随着诱导培养基中蔗糖含量的减少和麦芽糖含量的增加,其愈伤组织的绿苗分化率和G/A(绿茵/白苗)比值有相应增加的趋势。 Efficiency of wheat auther culture was studied using media containing sucrose andmaltose. It was found that the optimum ratio of sucrose and maltose in the inductionmedium could increase the efficiency of wheat anther culture significantly. When 9%sucrose and 2% maltose were added to the induction medium, the frequency of pollencalli induced and the % of green plantlets were significantly higher than those of thecontrol which cantained 11% sucrose only. Using the most suitable ratio of sucroseand maltose in both media could increase the efficiency of anther culture even better.It was also found that the reduction of sucrose and the increase of maltose could leadto higher % of green plantlets and G/A ratio.
