小白鼠胎肝造血的透射电镜观察

摘要 用透射电镜观察小白鼠妊娠后第8天、10天、12天、15天、18天、20天时,胎肝造血灶的动态发育。造血灶由造血细胞、血窦内皮细胞和肝细胞的突起共同构成。造血细胞之间以及造血细胞与肝细胞、血窦内皮细胞间无任何连结,缺乏基膜。胎肝造血属血窦外造血,以造血红细胞系为主、兼有造粒细胞系,虽然各系造血细胞均有各自的造血微环境,但同一微环境对红系、粒系均具有诱导作用。 In order to study the dynamic development of hemopoietic focus in the embryonal liver, the livers from 8~20 day rat embryos were observed by means of transmission electron microscopy. The hemopoietic foci are found composed of hemopoietic cells, liver sinusoid endothelial cells and liver cells. There are no junctions between two kinds of hemopoietic cells, between hemopoietic cell and liver cell, and between hemopoietic cell and sinusoid endothelial cell. The hemopoietic foci are localized extra-sinusoidally and in close contact with liver cells, but lack of basement membrane. Most of the hemopoietic cells are erythrocytic series, granulocytes are lesser. Though each series of hemopoietic cells has its own hemopoietic inductive microenvironment, both erythrocyte and leukocyte may be revealed in the same hemopoietic inductive microenvironment.
