鼻部的应用人类学研究

APPLIED ANTHROPOLOGIC EXAMINATION OF THE NOSE

对122名18～20岁学生(男59,女63)鼻部11项指标进行活体观察、鼻部23项及面部4次共27项指标进行活体测量;计算鼻指数等4种指数;按鼻指数划分鼻型并观察各型男女性差;对鼻根高与有关指标进行相关分析与回归分折,建立推鼻根高估计值的回归方程并进行多元回归及逐步回归分析,建立最优回归方程,以此方程计算鼻根高估计值指导隆鼻术,手术效果更佳。

students (male 59, female 63) aged 18 to 20 were examined by means of physical anthropologic method. The anthroposcopy of eleren indexes of nose and the anthropometry of twenty—seven indexes, including twenty—three of nose and four of face, were carried out. O Jour indexes including nasal index, were calculated. According to the nasal index the form of nose was classified and the percent of the nasal types was observed. All the parameter was treated with statistical method and the differences between male and female sexes were viewed. The correlation and regression analysis between the sagittal height of sellion and related indexes were made. The regression equations figuring the sagittal height of sellion with those indexes were made certain. The multidimensional and stepwise regression analysis were made and the best regression equation was established. The effect of operation adding to sagittal height of sellion was better when the operation was instructed by the estimative value of the height whieh was calculated by means of this regression equation.
