慢肾灵口服液治疗慢性肾炎的临床观察

CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF TREATMENT OF CHROMIC NEPHRITIS BY MANSHENLING KOUFUYE

报道中药慢肾灵口服液治疗慢性肾炎的疗效,并与慢肾宝,强的松对照组进行了比较,结果显示:慢肾灵口服液组显效率68.0％,总有效率90.0％,显著高于对照组,(P<0.01),更适宜肝肾阴虚,肺脾气虚,脾肾阳虚型病症。慢肾灵口服液由黄芪。生地黄、桂枝、益母草、败酱草、茯苓等11味中药组成,该方剂既针对正虚,也重视了邪实,采取了治标与治本兼顾,以治本为主的治疗原则,使脏腑功能复归平衡协调而发挥治疗效果。

The curative effect of Manshenling koufnye efficacious oral liguor combatting chronic nephritis on choronic nephritis was compared with that of Manshenbao and Cortisone. The results showed that the marked effective rate and the overall effective rate of Mansenling koufuye groap (68% and 90% respectively) were significantly higher (P<0. 01) in comparison with that of control groups. This koufuye is more suitable to yin-deficieney of liver and kidney, vital energy deficiency of lung and spleen, and yang-deficiency of spleen and kidney types. Manshenling koufuye is composed of 11 herbal medicines, such as astragalus root, dried rehmannia root, cinnamom twig motherwort patrinia, poria, etc. This recipe is directed against the deficiency of healthy energy as well as the excess of evil. Its therapeutic principle is to treat the cause and the symptoms of the disease simultaneously, with the later as the main purpose. It resumes the balance and coordination of the solid-hollow organ functions, thus achieving its curative effect.
