摘要 本文研究了属于普通甜菜群的一个野生种——沿海甜菜(Btea maritimaL.)的组织离体培养。用叶片、腋芽、花序为外植体进行培养,获得了再生植株。采用MSB为培养基,单独附加6—苄氯基嘌呤(6—B A)或以6—苄氨基嘌呤加萘乙酸(NAA)的组合,对叶、花序及腋茅诱导不定茅的发生取得了较好的效果。采用MS或MSB大量元素减半,附加一定量的萘乙酸可诱导生根,移栽成活率高。 The plant regeneration from the explants of leaf, inforescence and axil bud were studied in vitro in Beta maritima L.. In MSB medium, supplemented with 6—BA or 6—BA+NAA, the result of shoot induction was achieved by culturing the explants. Roots were induced on MS or MSB medium with a half their major elements supplemented with suitable amount of NAA_1. The survial rate of the transplants was in high frequnce
