A Preliminary Study on the Sugarbeet pulp Cultivated Pleurotus Ostreatus

本文探讨了利用甜菜废丝栽培平菇的产量和效益,通过不同培养料配方和栽培方法的研究,初步筛选了适宜北方地区栽培平菇的合理配方及栽培方法,即甜菜废丝86％、棉籽壳或麸皮10％、白糖0.5％、尿素1％、CaCO_3 2％、KH_2PO_40.5％,方法为熟料袋栽。

The paper studied the yield and the benefit that the sugar beet pulp cultivated pleurotus ostreatus. After studying different medium formulas and cultiuating methods, the best formula and cultivating method is preliminary screened. The formula fit the cultivating pleurotus ostreatus to the Northern in China. The formula is sugarbeet pulp 86%, cotton seed shuck or wheat bran 10%, sugar 0.5% carbamide 1%, CaCO_3 2%, KH_2PO_4 0.5%. The method is the cooked medium and plastic bags cultivation.
