阴阳经穴平衡刺治疗脑血管意外后遗症312例疗效观察

Treatment of 312 Cases of cerebrovascular Acciddent Sequela with Noodling Maneuver Causing Balance of Yin and Yang Meridians

阴阳经穴平衡刺即在上肢或下肢配穴时,阴阳经相间的取穴方法。笔者以其治疗脑血管意外后遗症312例,取得了满意的疗效。该法是以阴阳平衡为指导思想,意在贯通阴阳两经.调整脏腑气血的平衡。因而具有取穴少而精,加快患者肢体功能恢复,缩短疗程等优点。经临床统计,该疗法对脑血栓形成的疗效优干脑溢血及蛛网膜下腔出血的疗效。

The way to select points in the upper or lowerextremities alternatively in Yin and Yang meridiansalternatively is called needling maneuver causingbalance of Yin and Yang meridians.In treating 312cases of cerebrovascular accident sequela with themaneuver satisfactory therapeutic effects were obta-ined.The guiding theoretical basis in employing themaneuver is to make Yin and Yang meridians balan-ced to regulate equilibrium of Zhang and Fu,Qi andblood.The superiority of this needling maneuverconsists in less points selected,rapid functionalrestoration of the body,and short treating courses.Statistical analysis of curative effects showed thatthe maneuver is more beneficial to cerebral thrombosisthan to cerebral hemorrhage and subarachnoid hemor-rhage.
