辨证针刺治疗48例青盲疗效观察

Observation on Curative Effects of Acupuncture Treatment according to Differentiation of Symtoms and Signs in 48 Cases of Glaucosis

青盲、即现代医学的视神经萎缩。针刺治疗48例。主穴取球后、晴明、肝俞、脾俞、风池、攒竹、翳明、光明、太阳、养老、四白、瞳子髎,每次3～5穴。根据辨证酌配它穴。显效15例,好转26例,无效7例,有效率为85.42%。

48 cases of optic nerve atrophy were treatedwith acupuncture.Qiuhou(EX HN7),Jingming(BI.1),Ganshu(BL18),Pishu(BL20),Fengchi(GB20),Cuanzhu(BL2),Yiming(EX HN),Guangming(GB37),Taiyang(EX HN5),Yanglao(SI6),Sibai(ST2),Tongziliao(GB1)were selected as mainpoints,of which three to five points were puncturedeach time with the first two necessarily used.Acco-rding to an overall differentiation of symptoms andsigns auxiliary points were supplemented.The treatment was given once everyday with the manipulationsof twirling needles plus show or rapid insertion forreinforcing or reducing to make the needling sensa-tion reach the eye regions.Twelve treatments madea course with an interval of 3 days between the twocourses.It was shown that 15 cases were markedlyeffctive(31.25%),26 improved(54.17%),and 7ineffective(14.58%).The total effective rate was85.42%.
