氦氖激光与聚肌胞治疗带状疱疹疗效对照观察

A Comparitive Observation on Therapeutic Effects of He-Ne Laser and Polyinosinic Acid on Herpes Zoster

65例带状疤疹患者随机分为氦氖激光组,聚肌胞组。氦氖激光组采用 JI 型氦氖激光综合治疗机,散焦照射皮损部位和光纤照射穴位;聚肌胞组用聚肌胞2ml 肌注。结果,除聚肌胞组有2例后遗神经痛外,63例患者均治愈。但在疼痛消失天数、皮肤干涸结痂天数上,氦氖激光组为平均1.5天、7.6天,聚肌胞组分别为10.5天、10.4天。两组相比有非常显著差异(P<0.01)。

Sixty five cases of herpes zoster were randomlydivided into the He-Ne laser group(33 Cases)andpolyinosinic acid group(32 Cases).Type JI He-Nelaser polyapparatus was used to irradiate injuredcutaneous regions and to radiate Hegu(LI4)andZusanli(ST36)points with photoconductive fibersonce everyday in the He-Ne laser group;2 ml ofpolyinosinic acid was intramuscularly injected onceevery other day in the other group.Of the 65 cases63 were cured,and sequela of neuralgia remained inthe other two cases of the latter group.Pain wasdisappeared and scars were formed respectively after1.48 and 7.56 days of treatment with He-Ne lasertherapy,and after 10.5 and 10.4 days with polyi-nosinic acid treatment.The differences in therapeuticeffects between the two groups were noticeably sig-nificant(P<0.05).
