迁入辣椒田内的有翅蚜种类与传播黄瓜花叶病毒的关系 被引量:1

摘要 1987—1988年,在江苏泰县辣椒田间设垂网,捕获迁入的有翅蚜共45种2399头,其中有10种23头蚜虫带毒,总带毒率为0.96%。这十种蚜虫是垂网捕获的主要蚜种。桃蚜(Myzus persicae)、萝卜蚜(Lipaphis erysimi)、禾谷缢管蚜(Rhopalosiphum padi)是田间传播黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)的最有效的介体。榆长斑蚜(Tinocallis saltans)、桃粉大尾蚜(Hyaloplara amygdati)和夏至草隐瘤蚜(Cryptomyzus taoi)是传播CMV的新介体。有翅蚜传毒高峰期在5月下旬至6月上旬。 Flying aphids were trapped downwind on a vertical net in a plot of pepper field in Tai County, Jiangsu Province in 1987-1988. Of 2399 individuals caught, 23 transmitted CMV to test pepper seedlings. Of 45 species or species groups caught, 10 were found to be vectors, of which three had not been recorded previously. The virus transmission efficiency, relative abundance and contribution to virus transmission of alate aphids in the field are different. Myzus persicae, Lipaphis erysimi and Phopalosi phum padi were the most efficient virus transmission vectors of CMV in pepper field. The peak period of virus transmission by alate aphids was from 20th May to 10th June.
