蘑菇杆形线虫与假单胞细菌复合症 被引量:1

STUDY ON THE SYNDROME CAUSED BY COMBINED INOCULATION OF RHABDITID NEMATODES AND BACTERIUM (PESUDOMONAS SP.) ON MUSHROOM MYCELIA

摘要 以中杆线虫(Mesorhabditis sp.)、秀丽隐杆线虫(Caenorhabditis elegans)与假单胞细菌(Pesudomonas sp.)1-02和1-07菌株分别单独接种于长有蘑菇(Agaricus bisporus)菌丝的PDA平板和稻草料上,10—20天后,对蘑菇菌丝的生长表现出轻到中度的抑制。线虫不能直接取食蘑菇菌丝,繁殖系数仅达0.8—2.1。中杆线虫11,22,44,88条/克料与1-07菌株2.7×10~7,2.7×10~9(菌体/克料)组合接种于稻草料,15—20天后,菇料中菌丝几乎完全被毁。线虫取食菌丝碎片和原生质体,繁殖系数达72.0—150.5。 Rhabditid nematodes (Mesorhabditis sp. and Caenorhabditis elegans) and bacterium (Pseudomonas sp.) strains 1-02 and 1-07 singly inoculated on mycelia of Agaricus bisporus growing on PDA plates and in straw compost, respectively, inhibited lightly or moderately the growth of mycelia. The reproductive factors of nematodes were only about 0.8—2.1 in 10—20 days. The combined inoculation of both organisms on mushroom mycelia (11, 22, 44, 88, nematodes per gram of compost and 3.2×10~7, 3.2×10~9 bacterial propagules per gram of compost) destroyed almost all the mycelia in compost, and in the meantime nematode population increased by 72.0—150.5 times in 15—20 days.
