油菜的车前草花叶病毒

RIBGRASS MOSAIC VIRUS IN BRASSICA CAMPESTRIS

在油菜病毒病病株标样中,有一类分离物寄主范围广,能侵染除菜豆、黄瓜以外所有的供试寄主(39种)。在普通烟草(黄苗榆品种)和心叶烟上引起局部枯斑病状,在长叶车前草上呈轻花叶病状,对十字花科植物有较强的侵染力。采用车前革病毒(RMVsh)的Balb/c小鼠腹水抗体,在琼脂双扩散试验中只能与本分离物形成一条清晰的沉淀线。经鉴定该分离物为车前草花叶病毒。

An isolate obtained from Brassica campestris had a wide host range, thirty-nine species including Phaseolus Vulgaris, Cucumis sativus, and especially cruciferous species were susceptible to infection. It caused local lesion on Nicotiana tabacum var. Huangmiaoyu and N. glutinosa; and light mosaic on Plantago lanceolata. The isolate could react with the antibody of Balb/c mouse against Ribgrass mosaic virus and formed a single precipitin line in immunodiffusion test. According to those biological and immunological properties, this isolate was identified as Ribgrass mosaic virus (RMVsh).
