摘要
应用本课题研制的疫苗、国内某兽医研究单位试制的疫苗、Intervet公司和TAD公司生产的EDS-76灭活油乳剂菌。分别接种20周龄的EDS-76抗体阴性伊莎商品蛋鸡,在28周龄时用野毒静脉接种攻毒,结果四组免疫鸡均未见发病,而未免疫对照组鸡产蛋率急剧从91.7%下降到60.7%,同时伴有大量软壳蛋,整个发病持续四周。进一步免疫接种五个鸡场的十批商品蛋鸡共85916羽,HI抗体效价抽测结果均达9.01og_2以上,无一群鸡有副反应,产蛋率均在90%以上,有效地控制了该病(EDS-76)在这些场的流行。
Four groups of 20-week-old EDS-free pullets wear inoculated intramuscularly in the breast with our preparation, another native EDS-76 vaccine and two EDS-76 vaccines made in Intervet and TAD Incorporated Company respectively. Eight weeks later, vaccinated and unvaccinated control chickens were challenged intravenously with the wild virus strain of EDS-76. The four groups of vaccinated chickens acquired significant protection against EDS-76, but egg production rate rapidly decreased from 91.7% to 60.7% in a week postchallenge in the unvaccinated control group and numerous soft-shell eggs appeared, the duration of egg production drop was four weeks. A field trial was continued, 85, 916 pullets of ten flocks in five farms were vaccinated with our preparation. None of the ten vaccinated flocks had side-effects after inoculation, and HI titres were higher than 9.0 log_2, and peak egg production were more than 90%. The EDS-76 was effectively controlled in the five farms.
