摘要
利用瑞典ALFA-LAVAL公司生产的浓缩果汁生产线的大部分设备,生产的桑椹浓缩汁,其得率为投料量的54.5%,经分析含有大量的碳水化合物(28.0496),其次含有脂肪、蛋白质及多种矿物质和维生素;含有包括人体必需8种氨基酸在内的18种氨基酸。经食品卫生检测,产品符合国家食品卫生标准。因此桑椹浓缩汁是一种营养全面、食用安全的食品。关键词:桑椹、桑椹浓缩汁、保健食品。
Concentrated mulberry juice could be produced by utilizing most of the Concentrated Juice Production Line Facilities of ALFA LAVAL Company in Sweden. The rate of obtained products from raw materials was 54.4%. Through analysing the juice , we found it contained the carbohydrate(28.0%), fat, protein, various minerals and vitamins, eighteen aminoes including eight essential aminoes for people. The product qualified for country food and hygiene standard, therefore concentrated mulberry juice was very nutritive and saft.
