摘要
本文介绍了嗅觉的原理、嗅觉的分辨机制及气味的仿生测定的有关研究进展,并指出嗅觉传感器的四个发展方向:从单功能向多功能发展;人工感觉的智能化;功能材料的开发;响应结果的识别模拟。
This paper intrgduced some studies on principle of smell, its distinguish dable mechanism and bionic determination for food odour. Four directions of evelopment on sensor of smell have been pointed:(1) development from single-function to multiple functions; (2)intelligentization of artificial sence;(3) opening-up of functional material; and (4) simulation on discernment of the responding result.
