摘要
通过熔融接枝以马来酸酐(MAH)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)或MAH/MMA混合单体对丁苯热塑性弹性体(SBS)进行改性,以改善与金属基材的粘接性。结果表明,SBS接枝物对铝箔的粘接强度可显著提高,而MAH/MMA接枝SBS的粘接性又优于MAH或MMA单一单体接枝者。熔融接枝反应对SBS的微相结构形态也有显著的影响。
The SBS thermoplastic elastomer was melted to react with maleic anhydride(MAH), methacrylate (MMA), and the mixture of MAH and MMA respectively to improve SBS adhesion strength to metal. The results show that adhesion strength to aluminium foils of SBS adhesives modified by melting reaction with the mixture of MAH andMMA is stronger than those of SBS modified by MAH or MMA respectively, besides the melting reaction has notable effect on the formation of microphase segregation structure of SBS.
