本体聚合BR的加工性能及力学特性

摘要 对百吨级中试本体聚合BR(简称本体BR)的考察表明,本体BR的M_η比溶液聚合镍系BR(NiBR)大2.4~3.3倍,顺-1,4含量高1.6%~24%,GPC图谱具有宽和多分散性特点。它与NiBR相比,除挤出性相近外,其他加工性能均明显优于NiBR。硫化速度两者基本一致。但本体BR的焦烧速度比NiBR快。硫化胶的力学性能除具备NiBR硫化胶的特性外,拉伸性能有明显改善,其中生胶ML_(1+4)^(100℃)为56的本体BR硫化胶还具有比NiBR硫化胶高的抗湿滑性、低的滚动阻力等优点。 The investigation of bulk polymerized BR trial products made from pilot - plant indicated that the Mη and cis-1,4 content of bulk polymerized BR were 24 - 3.3 times and 1.6% - 2.6% greater respectively than those of solution polymerized nickel BR (NiBR), with wide GPC curve and polydispersity. Compared with NiBR, its processability was obviousely superior to that of NiBR , except similar extrudabi-lity. Both cure rates were basically identical yet the scorch time of bulk BR was fester than that of NiBR. The tensile property of its vulcanizate was remarkably improved. Its high Mooney bulk BR vulcanizate had higher wet skid resistance and lower rolling resistance.
