摘要
将性能良好的涂层涂覆在橡胶制品表面,是一种简便有效的防老化措施。介绍了轮胎外胎和橡胶水坝防老化涂层的研究和应用情况,推荐了改性氯丁橡胶和改性氯磺化聚乙烯两种涂层。指出这两种防老化涂层已在实际橡胶制品中推广应用,并获得良好的防老化效果。
A good coating applied on surface of rubber products can not only increase the fine appearance but also be a simple and effective antiaging measure . The article shows study and application of the antiaging coating on rubber products, such as vehicle tire and rubber dam, and recommands two kinds of coating, the modified chloroprene rubber and the modifiedchlorosulfbnated polyethylene for practical use. Both coatings have been extensively applied on practical rubber products and satisfactory results have been obtained.
